Order Verification & Billing

All online orders are verified by our team of experts for proper vehicle fitments and appropriate product selection. You will be contacted if any discrepancy is found to ensure complete and accurate shipment of your tire, wheel or suspension product purchase.

You will also receive two email confirmations. The first email includes products ordered, total costs and contact info. A second email confirms shipment. At that time your credit card will be charged. However, we will allocate all funds from your credit card account at the time you submit your order.

Shipping Charges

For Passenger and Light Truck Purchases: Freight options and shipping charges can be seen after you’ve added an item to your cart and entered your Postal Code when prompted. (Note: You can remove the item from your cart at any time and cancel the order.)

For Medium Truck and Agriculture Tire Purchases: Freight Will be calculated and billed to your credit card separately. Axselle Auto Service will endeavor to ensure that the most economical means of transport are utilized.
For Wheel Purchases: A flat rate will apply.

Manufacturer's Warranties

Merchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer's warranty through one of our Axselle Auto Service locations.

Other than applicable manufacturers' warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Extended warranties (T.A.P. Program) are available exclusively through your local Axselle Auto Service Dealer.

Returns/Refunds

If you find an error with your order or find you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us online and we will help find a quick and easy resolution for you. Customer service will provide you with a return authorization number and answer any questions regarding the product return/exchange procedure.

Return for Refund

We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Only unused product that have not been mounted or driven on is eligible for return.

Credit amount will be calculated as follows:

• TIRES: Credit less all freight charges incurred and a 10% re-stocking fee.
• WHEELS: Credit less all freight charges incurred and a 10% re-stocking fee. Wheels cannot have had tires mounted; please test fit wheels prior to mounting tires.
• SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Special order items are not returnable. Orders are charged freight both ways on refused shipments. Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order

Taxes will not be refunded on items returned for reasons other than those stated above.

Shipping and Damage Claims

If your shipment has arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us online and a representative will be in touch with you right away. We will report the damage to the shipper and arrange for replacement or exchange. Damaged merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing and we will arrange for the return.

Return Check List

• TIRES ONLY
  • Customer Service will issue a Return Authorization Number – contact us online.
  • Each tire should be clearly labeled with your return address and the Axselle Auto Service address provided.
  • Packing slip with Return Authorization Number should be taped securely on tire.

• WHEELS ONLY
  • Customer Service will issue a Return Authorization Number and packaging instructions – contact us online.
  • Your comments are important. Please tell us why you are returning the merchandise.
